Project Manager – Healthcare Architecture | Springfield

Are you drawn to the intersection where architecture meets impact?  That’s exactly what happens when healthcare spaces are designed with care. As a healthcare-focused Project Manager, the spaces you help create make a difference and have the power to promote healing.  If this sounds like a future you can see for yourself, read on!

Paragon Architecture is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for healthcare design to help grow and lead our expanding healthcare market. This role offers the opportunity to shape environments that support both patient care and operational efficiency, guiding clients through the complexities of medical facility design.

As a Project Manager in Healthcare Architecture, you’ll need to balance big-picture planning with a deep understanding of the details that make medical spaces function seamlessly. From critical adjacencies between departments to the coordination of complex medical equipment, your expertise will ensure that our healthcare projects are not only compliant with industry codes but also responsive to the needs of providers and patients alike.

At Paragon, our Project Managers enjoy the autonomy to lead projects while knowing they have the full support of their team. If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of projects, collaborate with experienced healthcare-focused team members, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector, we’d love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE
Paragon Architecture is an architecture and interior design firm built on the foundation of FAMILY, RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNITY, INTEGRITY, and SERVICE. We strive to make a positive impact in our communities on and off the clock. With 15+ years since Paragon got our start, we’ve built a reputation for having a service inclination, generating repeat clients, delivering effective design solutions, and cultivating one of the best companies and teams to work for in the region.

HOW WE WORK
We value the premise that each project is unique and driven by client goals, design opportunities, and unique challenges. Design teams work in a lively and interactive environment with access to modern technology and software programs. Creative design solutions start and end with the project teams, and you aren’t just asked to carry out the vision of a principal who is looming over your shoulder – that sounds awful. We rely on design charettes in our process to promote participation at all levels of the firm while bringing multiple ideas and perspectives to the table.

WHERE WE CALL HOME
We have offices in Springfield, Joplin, and St. Louis, Missouri, and Fayetteville, Arkansas, with our headquarters in downtown Springfield, MO. Our offices are purposely not in the suburban office park, but in the vibrant walkable downtown environments – we believe it’s another place where we can impact our communities for the better. Paragon Architecture has continued to grow since its inception in 2010, and our reach continues to increase year after year. Our four locations afford us the opportunity to provide architectural services to an array of clients throughout the entire state of Missouri, as well as Northwest Arkansas and other neighboring states.

ABOUT OUR BENEFITS
Paragon Architecture places emphasis on professional growth and supports learning through continuing education opportunities. Health, dental, vision and supplemental benefits are offered for eligible full-time employees as well as a 401k plan, paid holidays, and a generous PTO policy. We can also relate to needing some time to reset (after the holidays, especially), so our offices are closed from Christmas to New Year’s Day. Paragon has a distinctive sabbatical program, as well as health and wellness challenges and incentives that are unique to Paragon. Informal learning opportunities are combined with social time at weekly virtual gatherings, monthly celebrations, and seasonal events that provide time for folks to get to know each other better outside of their work on projects.
