Design Your Career
We know that similar to the various phases of an architectural project, there are different phases of a career. From exploration and discovery early on, to more focused expertise that comes with time and experience – whatever phase you’re in, we believe in the endless pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. Our team members are provided the opportunity to gain experience on a variety of project types, and they are also encouraged to explore and pursue unique focus areas that peak their specific interests. For some, it may be Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design or Sustainable Design, Healthcare Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Create your own path and design your career at Paragon.

Sabbatical Leave

Project Highlights
Paragon Architecture provides architectural, interior design, and facility master planning services for school districts, higher education institutions, municipalities, park boards, healthcare providers, and corporate clients throughout the region.
