State Technical College // Golf Course Masterplan & Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is a unique development designed to serve the college students of State Technical College of Missouri and the broader community at the Osage Country Club in Linn, Missouri. The new facility will provide a destination dining, sports, recreation and leisure activities, wedding receptions, and business retreats. Positioned on the high point of the entire golf course, the second level event space and outdoor terrace of this building was designed to take advantage of panoramic views of the course and wooded rolling hills surrounding the area. The main event and activity spaces open to the northern exposure, allowing for ample views and indirect natural light to permeate the space. Much of the design centers around drawing patrons outdoors to enjoy nature and activities.

What was once the site of an old golf club and pool house, will be transformed into a social hub for the community. The nearly 32,000 square foot facility will host social events and features a sports bar, golf pro shop, movie theater, event space, bridal suite, catering kitchen, outdoor entertainment area, duckpin bowling lanes, eSports lounge, golf simulator bays, restaurant, and heated outdoor swimming pool with a swim-up bar.
