Gascosage Electric Cooperative

Paragon collaborated with the Board of Directors and staff at Gascosage Electric Cooperative to develop new additions that address current space needs and allow for future growth.  The largest of the additions is the 19,500 square foot maintenance garage that houses the fleet of lineman vehicles.  This garage includes a radiant heating floor system that will keep the trucks warm during cold weather months.  The heated flooring system allows for easier vehicle startup in the morning, comfortable prep conditions during routine maintenance activities, and an additional way to help keep the floors dry.  The new 5,000 square foot receiving and meter assembly area was incorporated to help provide daily operation efficiencies.
