ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for working with project managers and team members to produce and develop construction documents and BIM models during all project phases
• Creates existing building BIM models consistent with Paragon Architecture standards
• Responsible for sending BIM models to consultants and receiving and managing consultant models
• Communicates and mediates conflict in models
• Creates and manages BIM content and Revit families
• Works with project teams to create renderings
• Responsible for BIM model management including auditing and purge processes keynote and family coordination
• Must be team-oriented, articulate, flexible, productive and able to work collaboratively with all design and construction team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate Degree in Drafting and Design Technology
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Team-oriented, with strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task with superior attention to detail
• Possesses excellent communication skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining a positive client relationship
• Willing to travel outside of the local area and must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable
• 2+ years working experience in drafting and design preferred but not required
