Webwood Assisted Living Center

The Webwood Assisted Living Center is a 25-bed split-level facility.  The prairie-like location in Neosho, MO provides the residents with an uninterrupted view of hillside fields, and an added bonus of being in close proximity to local amenities in town.  The exterior materials selected and overall design connect the facility to nature and provide a sense of “home” to the multi-family housing unit.  The interior architecture and design includes natural elements, like the timber accents that are carried through from the exterior, and abundant natural light that penetrates the living quarters and activity areas.  Shared communal spaces connect the two primary residential wings of the facility.  A combination of suite types and living arrangements are found within, including studio style rooms, one-bed rooms, and two-bed rooms, providing several options for residents.
